We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery only in the case of a damaged product. If your scented candle arrives damaged, we require you to provide an unboxing video as proof of the damage. The video should clearly show the unboxing process, focusing on the damaged parts of the product. This video will help us evaluate the condition of the product upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request for return is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product is damaged upon arrival.
  • An unboxing video as proof of damage is provided.
